one of my first solo exhibitions in 2012. Many works are the transition from photography to painting. I was very lucky that many of those interested in art still knew me with the focus on photography. Thus, the transition to other media was always accompanied and helped "my view of the world" to discuss again and again with the audience. For me, a very exciting time, because what emerged from this transition was not yet foreseeable.
It was only years later that I became aware of the risk that a change of media meant for those interested in art and for my companions.
I learned in 2012 how firmly I had been associated with photography, since for 10 years my photographic works had been exhibited, among other places, through exhibitions in Switzerland and Germany. Also the "long nights of the museums (Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Speyer)" had published only photographic works of mine.
Looking back, this first solo exhibition set the course for 10 more years of art so far.
